Improve spacing in kimpanel candidates 

- Add spacing between label of candidate and the actual suggestion.
- Add spacing between the candidates list and the top auxilary label
  so it looks less crowded.
- Add spacing between arrows
- Use PlasmaComponents3.Label, which results in better use of space.
