Folder View: return to prior grid delegate height calculation

Simply adding on another gridUnit is slightly cleaner, but results in
delegate heights being subtly different and messing up people's stored
icon positions. Let's just retain the old one that uses three
smallSpacings instead of an extra gridUnit, and prevent that minor
upgrade issue for users.
