[kcms/keyboard] Drop "cleaning the tail" of VariantList and DisplayNames

The current code already saves a variant for each layout, so simply joining
the variants with commas results in a string accepted by libxkbcommon and
setxkbmap. There's no good reason to "clean the tail".
