applets/trash: move custom UI into fullRepresentation: property

This way it's 100% compartmentalized, and we can simply delete the whole
thing once the default CompactRepresentation gains the features it
currently implements.

By chance this also happens to fix the icon's hover highlight effect.

Also add a comment explaining how to port away from it.
