desktoppackage: Add relevant import to use Plasmoid attached property

Amends 9b733328

I was testing with plasma-sdk where this import was already present,
but didn't test on real Plasma 6, so I couldn't possibly notice the
failure. Gotta take care of synchronizing all those containment files.
