desktoppackage: Fix sortOrder property in table on ConfigFilter page

It's not PlasmaCore.SortFilterModel anymore, built-in sorting just works.
Oh, and there is no mimeTypesView.sortIndicatorOrder since the view got
ported away from QQC1.
