[applets/kickoff] Allow hiding action button captions and displaying all at once

This MR adds two new options for displaying action buttons in the footer:
- Hide action button captions
- Show all action buttons at once

When showing all action buttons, the power and session actions are visually
separated by a bit of whitespace.
