Folder View: improve organization and text for "Features" section

"Features" is pretty generic, and also these checkboxes have text that
don't begin with action verbs, as recommended by the HIG. Finally, some
of the options were not clear as to what they did and when they could be
triggered. This commit addresses those issues.
