ResourceInstance: use desktopFileName if available as application 

So that initiating agent is almost always desktopFileName in DB.

    I see now crashing Kate unit tests with:

    QFATAL : KateViewManagementTests::testSingleViewspaceDoesntCloseWhenLastViewClosed() ASSERT failure in ResourceInstance::event: "The application id must not be empty", file /builds/sysadmin/ci-management/kactivities/src/lib/resourceinstance.cpp, line 38

    Don't reproduce the code locally :/ but the code is still bugged.
