Make oxygen-demo version suffix dynamic

Currently the binary is called oxyge-demo5. Given that the binary is
installed, make it so that it doesn't clash between 5 and 6 builds.
Also makes it more obvious that when build against Qt6 oxygen-demo6 uses
Qt6 styles.
