MessageComposer: introduce a new ItipPart

This allows to use the composer to not only create text or HTML messages
but also to create iTIP invitation. This will ultimately allow us to
re-use all the signing/encryption logic and UI from the Composer to send
signed/encrypted iTIP invitations from KOrganizer.
