Show command signature errors only once when switching identities

The message box was previously generated by KIdentityManagement itself,
and triggered for every call to retrieve the signature content. We do
several such calls while changing identities, which resulted in duplicated
error message boxes.

This can probably further improved by using an inline message box instead,
but that's a second step.
