Simplify MultiDayIncidenceModel

Don't store layed out lines as it makes the code more complex and
doesn't makes thing faster, since each lines row/role is called at
most once by the ListView

Instead reduce the refresh rate when the view is not displayed and use
dataChanged instead of resetModel when the data is updated
