Improve headers for external inclusion.

Search locally for own headers, copy publically referenced ones to
include/, rename AdjustNavigation to AutoNavigation.

This commit does not yet catch forward includes (e.g. GeoSceneDocument) and
RunnerPlugin.h still fails inclusion.
