Add zlib 1.2.8 to be able to have zlib as an optional dependency

Taken from http://zlib.net/zlib-1.2.8.tar.gz. Some files removed
(e.g. documentation), otherwise unchanged. Will be used similar to Qt
(use system zlib if available, otherwise build this internal one)
