Improve 'paste graphic item' context menu entry

- Shorten to a simple 'paste' as users are not expected to know what
  a graphics item is. There is nothing to confuse it with and the other
  context menu entries of the plugin are as short
- Hide it when nothing is in the clipboard instead of disabling it
