Silence useless "Could not find the Plasmoid" warning

This warning has been there for years, but to my knowledge nobody has
ever used it to debug or fix anything. Instead it simply pollutes logs,
wasting space and distracting people looking for actionable problems
to fix. Let's remove the warning.
