Remove shortcut to make corona immutable

This shortcut is the only user-visible way to toggle the immutability of the shell

The only other ways are editing the config file or the scripting API

If a user accidentally triggers this shortcut (e.g. because their cat walked over the keyboard) they have locked their widgets without a user-visible way to go back
