Install plasma_version.h in /usr/include/KF5/Plasma/ 

Instead of /usr/include/KF5/plasma_version.h.

    Also installing into C++ namespace level, as the module prefix for Plasma is also just KF5 currently.

    Please revert, because breaking #include <plasma_version.h>
