Remove deprecated method calls 

The following methods were edited:
- KEduVocDocument::detectFileType()
- KEduVocDocument::open()
- KEduVocKvtmlReader::readArticle()
- KEduVocKvtmlReader::readComparison()

Unit tests for detectFileType() and open() were added.
