Moved OpenAPITest from QTEST_KDEMAIN_CORE to QTEST_KDEMAIN

All the credit for this fix goes to tsdgeos.

The KIO::NetACCESS::download used in open() requires a GUI
, which places a hidden requirement on kvocdoc for access to a GUI.
Consequently, the unit test failed on Jenkins, but not locally.
