use QRunnable and QThreadPool to manage ActionThreadBase and JobCollection...

use QRunnable and QThreadPool to manage ActionThreadBase and JobCollection instead to use ThreadWever.
test application work fine without any crash, as expected.
Still some tune todo about memory management with job to prevent memory leak.
Do not use Solid api to get number of core.
