KKeySequenceWidget: Allow to hightlight for non-default settings

Since this is a combined widget, the special dynamic property
"_kde_highlight_neutral", used to highlight when a setting has
changed, has no effect on it.

Let's propagate this property to the pushbutton, so it gets
highlighted when set.
