Rename EffectQuickScene to OffscreenQuickScene

EffectQuickScene is not used strictly by effects, aurorae decorations
use it too to render window decorations.

This change renames the EffectQuickView/Scene to
OffscreenQuickView/Scene to clear up the naming scheme.
