platforms/drm: adjust how transforms are set

Instead of using setTransformInternal directly, have DrmOutput
set it in updateTransform, like with the other setters. Also use
updateTransform instead of setTransformInternal in DrmBackend, so
that hardware rotation can be used where possible.
