plugin: Use kwin_export.h instead of kwinglobals.h

It only uses the `KWIN_EXPORT` macro in plugin.h.
kwinglobals.h comes from libkwineffects and not kwin core.

(`KWIN_PLUGIN_VERSION_STRING` comes from config-kwin.h)
