Remove "No date" option from date picker popup used by date combo box

Offering the "No date" option makes no sense because selecting this
option doesn't have any effect. The handler of the picker's dateChanged
signal ignores dates that are not in the configured range and invalid
dates (as emitted by "No date") are always ignored.
