Introduce KLineEditEventHandler 

The first method in here allows catching the return/enter keys to avoid
them propagating up the widget hierarchy, e.g. to avoid closing a dialog.

This is based on LineEditCatchReturnKey which exists in multiple copies
with 100+ uses throughout KDE code.
