Build w/o X11: Better Course Selection UI

 * If the active keyboard layout is not known to KTouch it is not
   useful to split the course sidebar in two sections for courses
   matching and not matching the active keyboard layout. Now we
   show only one section with all the courses.

 * Improve the wording of the keyboard layout mismatch warning for
   the case the active layout is not known.
