Revert "let QScrollBar handle the WheelEvents"

This reverts commit a9f1d69e.

BUG: 256561

seems to fix the bug I introduced by my change and we still have a working scrolling on e.g. mac it seems (tested locally)

cmath.h added to fix compile on arch
