In DBus func. renderEyepieceView, download DSS when no imagePath given.

If no imagePath (source image path) is given, but overlay is true, or
destPathImage (destination image path) is provided, make a blocking
DSS download (KStars is frozen until download completes, or is
canceled using the KDE notifications tray / killing the process) and
use the image thus obtained.
