EyepieceField: Move code to show widgets if image is present to render()

+ Move the code that hides / shows checkboxes depending on the
  presence of a sky image to EyepieceField::render()

+ Also handle m_skyImage better -- delete it if there is no image
  available, and create it if an image is available.
