Equirectangular projection now shows more than one hemisphere!

Changing these two lines of code allows the equirectangular projection
to now show more than just one hemisphere of the sky. (Equirectangular
is nice because it can show both hemispheres in one continuous
band. KStars would clip it earlier.)
