Alt vs Time: Use red sky color, strange as it is, in night vision mode.

A lot of amateur astronomers use a red filter over the laptop screen
to reduce brightness and non-red colors to preserve night vision. The
blue of alt. vs. time sky background was visible only very feebly
through a red filter as it had no red. This patch fixes it by making
the sky color red when using night vision colors.
