DSS Overlay! Well, not really, but yes in Eyepiece View!

Adding the ability to overlay the DSS image on the sky chart in
Eyepiece View tool. This has some interesting advantages for
observers, and also helps find flaws in catalogs / KStars
etc. Astrophotographers might benefit from seeing what their camera
FOV will capture (except can't rotate the camera FOV "live")
