Make Dob/Refractor presets work even when using equatorial coordinates

Earlier, the dob/refractor presets in eyepiece view would produce a
junk orientation if the eyepiece view was captured with KStars using
Equatorial Coordinates. Now, these presets account for the additional
rotation between alt and north when Equatorial Coordinates were used.
