Put code to find Altitude of a SkyPoint at a later time into SkyPoint

findAltitude() has been duplicated in multiple places across KStars,
so moving it to a static method in SkyPoint.

Also adding another method that returns the updated alt/az coordinates
of a SkyPoint at a later time. Useful for multiple things, once again.
