Added AsteroidsItem and CometsItem. Changed the structure of nodes:

added SkyNode that is the base of PlanetNode and PointSourceNode.
SkyNode holds SkyObject *, which is used to update coordinates. Added
PointSourceNode that handles objects without an image (KSComet, most of
KSAsteroid)
