Allow pamTest to work with sanitizers

This allows the pamTest to run with sanitizers (which is the default on
the CI) but this only works for 1.1.5 due to DEEPBIND issues. This
disables this test on the CI until this update ends up in our CI images,
but the test will still function locally.
