RunnerManager: Remove code for retaining prior search

I decided to remove this, because it is too specific to the KRunner
executable and does not need to be generalized in the framework.
For example, it is not used in the kicker applets and isn't even
planned.
Also, having this activity aware seems overkill to me nowadays.
