RunnerManager: Remove actionsForMatch in favor of using QueryMatch::actions

While the approach of mapping the actions worked, it will be difficult to know when we should clean up the QAction objects

Since we can make KRunner::Action a Q_GADBGET, it is simpler to remove QAction from the APi entirely
