Fix some crashes/inconsistencies while saving the document

1) Deny double entry into the saving process
2) Don't try to save if the user has closed the waiting
   progress dialog. Otherwise it may cause a crash.
3) Make the saving progress bar modal. Otherwise it hides behind
   Krita window and the user sees a locked-up canvas.
