Make Hafas product name mapping more flexible to configure

Depending on the instance and the product class the "right" name is in
different fields of the product object. All of that can now be changed
from the configuration file.

This allows resolving route vs line name issues as well as stripping of
unnecessary pre/postfixes etc.
