kpackagetools: Replace deprecated developer_name appstream tag

appstreamcli validate (from current master) complains about the
deprecated "<developer_name>" tag, causing testpackage-appstream to
fail. The "<developer>" tag is its replacement.
Furthermore don't include the email, which according to the spec
"must not be used in the name".
