Fix special dates summary configuration

In the "Contact List" portion of the Kontact Summary View configuration
dialog

 * Unchecking "Show birthdays" hid *all* special dates.
 * Unchecking "Show anniversaries" did nothing.

In the "Calendar" portion, unchecking "Show anniversaries" hid both
kinds of anniversaries.
