Fix compilation of libjingle-call binary without alsa headers

Alsa library and header files are not really needed or used. Sound support
is implemented in mediastreamer. Some tweaks are needed in file
platformsoundsystem.cc to prevent inclusion of alsa/asoundlib.h file.
