Cosmetic fixes for keytabs

- Improve the alignment of modifiers and strings.
- Reorder the [+-]Ctrl modifier in scroll* operations to improve
  alignment with operations without any Ctrl modifier.
- Reorder scroll* operations so PgUp resp PgDown operations appear
  together.
