Consider windows visible in all activities when looking for an existing window...

Previously, windows visible in all activities were ignored by `KonquerorAdaptor::windowForTab()`, which could cause external links to be opened in a new window even if the "Open as tab in existing Konqueror when URL is called externally" option was on and there was an available window.
