Use the PageRow sidebar feature

Make the pagerow own the global drawer, so when not modal (ie not in mobile mode) It will be a sidebar that can be covered by new layers, so opening an image won't have the jarring animation of the sidebar hiding and thumbnail layout resizeing and relayouting
