Fixes for macOS

- Remove broken and not needed code

- Update action assignment in macOS notifications:

The code now checks if actions are empty instead of checking their length in macOS notification handling. Also, the action title is now retrieved through a `label()` method call instead of a direct conversion. This change results in a more proper check for actions and ensures accurate titles.
